Provide a tabular / list view of CICS resources

Systems Programmers tasked with Administering CICS for their organization have requested the following usability enhancements so that they may use the VS Code extension instead of having to flip back to the Eclipse version

Describe the solution you'd like
Provide a tabular / list view of CICS resources (similar to the Eclipse CICSplex Explorer) which gives users the ability to to perform common functions such as SEARCH, SORT on the list view
The view should include the same fields available via the Eclipse version of the CICS Explorer:

• Region
• Name
• State
• Use Count
• Pipeline
• URI Map
• Program

Users should also have all of the RIGHT CLICK functions offered in the Eclipse version of the CICS Explorer

[Though the features / functions should be available, the exact manner in which the actions are invoked can be different, provided usability is intuitive and efficient]

Additional context

Enabling this capability will help teams cutover to VS Code
Customers have been granted permission to validate deliverables and provide feedback to the Zowe Community as these capabilities are being developed
