Similar to Calyx, we should allow a set of rules to be provided at runtime as context.
Something like this:
defmodule MyGrammar do start "Hello {name}" end MyGrammar.generate(name: "Emily")
Complex rules would be allowed, but should be discouraged due to the cost of parsing (okay, it's 100µs, but it adds up).
