Annotation should unfocus after changing color

If I focus an annotation and change its color, it should then unfocus so that the new color can be seen immediately

I guess this is only relevant for image annotation because when selected you can't see its actual color. We can unfocus it, but I'm not entirely sure this will solve all the problems. Because the current (blue) selection color is too similar to the blue annotation color.

@flachware maybe you have an idea? or the Sean proposed solution is good enough?

@stakats could you clarify the issue, is this about image annotation rectangles in the PDF?

Well maybe it was too smart to reuse the image annotation border for the selected state too. Why not add a dashed border for the selected state (as for text annotations)?
