See Jarrett's post in #floatingforestmagic slack channel:

Q - currently, all of our processing scripts depend on Landsat Collection 1 data. But - it's all shutting down on Dec 13th and moving to C2. Do we need to change things in the processing script for this? Or in Theia?

^ PR above should take care of any API changes. HOWEVER, there is still work to be done in terms of the image processing script.

New tiles processed are mostly corners of the tiles and the coloration looks completely different than before.
