Internationalisation

HI,

Apologies if I have missed this, but is the project set up for translations and internationalisation? Ideally we need our projects to work at least bilingually as im guessing a lot of potential users would.

I started to translate scribeABI into French for my own project. I use i18n-js module since most of the literals are spread into cjsx files (javascript). And I created en.yml translation file with the original literals, and fr.yml for my own business.

There is still lots of work to be done to have a fully internationalized piece of software, since, for instance, translations of specific project content is not considered in my first attempt. Anyway, it allows to get main scribeAPI messages in a different language than English only.
