We've got a bunch of different libs on NPM for Panoptes: https://www.npmjs.com/search?q=panoptes

We really need a way to give everybody access to publishing new versions of things. NPM orgs cost money, which rubs me wrong, but I'm not sure what else we can do.

In the meantime, @chrissnyder, can you please give brian-c ownership of the panoptes-client lib? Thanks!
