Sam includes section about manifests in the transcription guide (https://help.zooniverse.org/transcription-project-guide/project-data/#232-manifests-and-metadata). Manifests are also described in the example project instructions: https://help.zooniverse.org/getting-started/example/#details-subject-sets-and-manifest-details-aka-what-is-a-manifest

Create a page under "Next Steps" that brings together generally applicable info about manifests and CLI use.
