This chart is an effort to track bugs as they appear so we are aware of discrepancies in the logs when analyzing data.

| Aug 19, 2019 (11:37am) - Aug 21, 2019 (6:00pm) | Classification counts | Classification counts were not resetting each time the classifier closed. This results in an inaccurate classification count in the "context" column during the Submit_Classification event. |
| Jul 15, 2019 - Aug 21, 2019 (6:00pm) | Open_Classifier | The Open_Classifier event was triggering each time a user pressed the "Start" button, which could happen multiple times before the button disappeared from view. This could lead to multiple consecutive Open_Classifier events for the same user. |
| Jul 15, 2019 - Sept 4, 2019 (10:30am) | Close_Timeout | The inactivity timer was not stopped correctly when a classifier was closed. This causes the "Are You Still There?" Close_Timeout to be recorded even if the classifier is closed, leading to more instances of a timeout logged than occurring organically. |
