Made all ACTIVITY_NEW_TASK intents also ACTIVITY_MULTIPLE_TASK to try to fix the re-opening of old activities in the wrong place.
Checking for null in a few places to try and avoid crashing.

Made notifications open up a completely new activity, not try to reuse an old one (and get it opened in the wrong place anyway).
Added a scroll view around the press channels to allow scrolling to the bottom of long lists of channels.
