Expose methods for inspecting central directory offset/len

Hi, I ran into an issue where I need to find the starting offset and total length of the central directory, but I don't see any (public) methods that expose this information. Are there any plans to expose this functionality or is it more closely related to #204? I'd be happy to contribute if there are any ideas.
