Make autostart of break time optional.

In my personal work habits, I frequently keep working during break time to finish out whatever I'm currently doing. However, the break time timer starts right away counting work I'm doing as "break"

Describe the solution you'd like
There is currently a option as to whether or not to automatically start work time after a break. It would be nice to have a symmetric option about starting break time after a work chunk.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I can restart the break timer, but that is not nearly as convenient.
