When trying to share a URL that contains in any of its parts the sequences for an emoji, that sequence transforms into the corresponding emoji which leads to a broken link. This happens only in the Web Client of Telegram App "aka web.telegram.com"
This actually happened to me when I shared a Sharepoint (Onedrive) link to a friend to inform me later on that the link wasn't working on his end due to this issue, then I noticed that a sequence formed by the following characters ": b:" (without the additional space character that I added to avoid its replacement) was replaced by the emoji "🅱️" and it was misparsed by the browser to the url-encoded sequence "%F0%9F%85%B1".
