Hi Dr. Zhao,
I am trying to run the python/clustering.py but I get this error:

IOError: ../matlab/data_imblance/dos_vs_probe/samples_1000_0.1/source.x.dat not found.

How to generate those dat?

First of all you have to run "run_HeTL" on Matlab
