Building with make instructions

we need to switch from port 80 because using a port number < 1024 will require elevated privileges.
Using 8000 for now. You'll need to adapt example(s) accordingly.

whats your plans, leave this standalone outside of czmq for now (I assume), or integrate it into a czmq test branch?
if the former, I'd use autoconf

I think it should be separate from czmq for now, maybe when it will be stable.
