Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Rewrite the cli tests for read_sequencer test_cli.py to not make use of the package cli_test_helpers. This package is causing issues with the CI workflow, in the biocontainer image it had to be removed from the requirements. The other tool tests for their cli's don't make use of this package, neither should this.
