feat: add profile for Singularity #11

Create profile for running the workflow with singularity. For that, use a separate conf/envs/singularity.config which specifies containers to be used for each process.

See slurm and conda profiles for inspiration.

Probably this will create a child issue of getting a working container for TECtool.
