Remove deprecated direct use of zarf package inspect command after one year. Replaced by zarf package inspect definition|sbom|images

Direct use of zarf package inspect will be deprecated in the next release, v0.48.0. zarf package inspect is now a parent command. It is replaced by the child commands package inspect definition, package inspect sbom, and package inspect images.

The deprecated happened in PR #3416. One year from now, Jan 28, 2026 the functionality to use zarf package inspect directly should be removed from Zarf entirely.
