A way to start Arch.exe in tty or without bash/config?

I kinda messed up my archwsl by making it reference a profile file that doesn't exist, and I can't start Arch.exe without it exiting everytime. Is there a way I can load Archwsl without it loading bashrc or bash_profile?

(My work servers have a profile.global that it references and I accidentally added this from my dotfiles. I can do a clean install, but I'd rather not :) I made some nice changes to my dotfiles that I didn't push to my GH, heh.)
