Yesterday it was working perfectly, today, this error started to occur with any url that I put

I sent my project to someone else and on her cell phone she took it normally. Is it something to do with the ip?

It's probably a network issue (bad proxy or VPN settings) but just in case could you provide the YouTube urls that are causing this?

So this problem comes to me everytime I am on 4G/LTE. On Wifi all works fine. I wonder network/security issue is it on data usage that causes it.

By any chance could it be the Captive Portal from the network operator? Just a thought.
