Right now we're using the hugo theme dream: https://github.com/g1eny0ung/hugo-theme-dream

When I was looking around today I found the "dream plus" theme which has some nice features like

A table of contents for posts
Allows multiple authorship
Device detection (mobile vs. PC)
https://github.com/UtkarshVerma/hugo-dream-plus
