目前没有找到国内，能直接生成外链的网站。之前用七牛， 要备案后就放弃了。

用cmd ”set http_proxy"临时解决一下吧，
或者使用git bash ，setproxy="export ALL_PROXY=http://127.0.0.1:1080"
