(Co)-Maintainers wanted #363

Poke @maximerety : given you've submitted doc patches, I suspect you are considering using it at work :P |
Update: I'm also pretty busy doing other things right now, so I'll also need help to review/merge the pull requests, like this one : #362 |
Hi @dmerejkowsky! I am cautiously interested. I am pretty busy too but I actually do use tsrc on a daily basis and some people say that I am pretty good at doing code reviews. ;) |
Nice :) Thanks for volunteering. @gdubicki I've sent you an invatation. Welcome on board :) |
Thank you! I didn't notice the invite though and it expired.. Can you please retry? |
Invite resent |
and again :) |
Hi @dmerejkowsky! Unfortunately, I have stopped using tsrc daily as I don't work for the org that used it anymore, and this way I lost my main motivation for developing this project, sorry. I might return to it when I start working with many repositories again. I will ping you then. PS I wish you all the best in 2024! |
No worries :) Take care |
@dmerejkowsky If you are interested in extending the features to also manage Manifest (file and Workspace repository as well) than you can consider me 😉 . |
@lomnido : invitation sent :) To be honest, , I no longer have time to review things here, so feel free to merge anything you want. When you're ready and if you feel like it, don't hesitate to ask me how to make a new release. |
@dmerejkowsky I think I have completed part of development cycle (and housekeeping the code well enough) so it can be considered for possible release when you will be ok with it off course. please check my wiki of changes made here. If it will be ok, I should continue and update also the project documentation. (I have mine, so it will not be a problem) |
Hi folks!
I've been the sole maintainer of tsrc for quite some time. This is not a great situation because neither me nor the organizations where I work actually use tsrc....
Thus, it can be hard for me to understand/clarify the various tsrc issues that are open ...
There's probably things tsrc should not do (like handling code review) but for the other features it can be difficult to know.
Thus, if you're using tsrc in your organization and want to help making tsrc better for everyone else, leave a comment below or get in touch with me.
Don't be afraid, I can help you becoming the next maintainer even if it's the first time you assume this role.
Thanks!
