Unable to have Smart Second Brain and SystemSculpt AI be loaded at the same time

What happened?

Why can't the plugins Smart Second Brain and SystemSculpt AI be loaded at the same time?
In the settings if both are enabled then only one plugin has the setting cog visible, whilst the other is unable to modify the settings.

Error Statement

No error - just not loading
