원인은 x 버튼을 눌렀을 때 상태 변화가 일어나지 않는 것임

또한 유저가 상품을 수령했는지 확인하는 api가 있는데 local storage에 토큰이 있을 때만 수행하도록 변경하여 무의미한 리소스 낭비 최소화
