Kitsu processor doesn't synchronize modifications at startup #90

Is there an existing issue for this?

I have searched the existing issues and added correct labels.

Description

Current Behavior

Changes may occur on Kitsu's side while the processor is not running but Ayon is not synchronized with them when the processor is started again.

Expected Behavior

These changes are fetched when the processor is started to keep Ayon up-to-date in a reliable way (nb: this was working with OpenPype).

Steps To Reproduce:

Shut down the processor
Change the name of an asset or create a new one in Kitsu
Start the processor again, the changes aren't synchronized in Ayon

Additional context:

ayon-kitsu-processor:1.2.3

What platform were you running when you found the bug?

Linux - Ubuntu
