Update resolve addon documentation - Custom python 3.x interpreter #127

Originally, it was the default configuration that caused the error opentimelineio could not be found, with the help of everyone on discord. I reconfigured resolve, it worked, so updated the docs, hope that helps

Resolve Version: 18.6
Platform: Windows 11
Python Version: 3.10.11
