The group-consensus atlas is provided for download in NIFTI and CIFTI (dlabel and dscalar) format.

The atlas is delineated in MNI152NLin6Asym space.

The atlas is also available in MNI152NLin2009cAsym space.

To facilitate whole-brain connectome mapping, the 3 Tesla version of the atlas is also integrated into several existing cortex-only parcellation atlases and the combined cortex-subcortex atlases are provided for download in CIFTI format. The NIFTI format of the integrated atlas (volumetric) is available for Schaefer's atlas in 200-,300-,400-parcel resolutions.

A naming convention (anatomical nomenclature) and the MNI centroid coordinates (mm) for all regions are provided in text files that accompanies each atlas scale.
