Migrate wiki to self-host

My wiki is nice and all, but I don't feel too good about putting stuff out in the air.

I should self-host it on the server with the following:

• subdomain like doc.calvinballconsortium.fr
• controlled access via nginx password,
• generated via SSG, possibly Hugo since the website uses that too
• with some nice little theming to have things easy to read

And honestly not much more than this, that would do.
In contrast, I could re-host it on github in a separate private repo to keep track of it.
