Scrollable option missing in readme

The following line can be spotted in the readme:

"It's possible to customize the viewable zoom"

However, it is not explained how to do so, and also the options close by (minLat & maxLat) are about the camera angle rather than the zoom level.
Since I was looking for an option to control the zoom level, I had to go through the source to find my answer: 'scrollable'.
I'ssuggest adding this option to the Readme, and rewriting the line mentioned above.
