over the last year(s), I've been relying on your module to install and configure the cerebro package on Debian.
It's working great, thanks for this.
Although, I have to admit that recently the module wasn't usable any more without further modifications:
Cerebro has been released in newer versions (0.9.2 just recenly). Overwriting the version via hiera is possible, of course.
newer versions of puppet-extlib result in Unknown function: 'random_password'. #45, which requires modifying the code. This is not just a simple override any more.
Merge requests do exist, but haven't been merged yet.
Beforce forking the module and re-publishing it, I'd like to ask you if the module will still be maintained.
If not, perhaps you might want to consider handing it over to the folks of voxpupuli - or allowing them to maintain an "official" fork of your repository. I'm also offering taking over maintenance to keep the module up2date.
Again, thanks for the work on the module in the past - I'd appreciate to be part of its future.
Best,
Anton

Also wondering if the maintainer/owner is still active. I want to let Cerebro connect to a secured elasticsearch cluster but that is not (yet) supported. I'm willing to create a PR for this, but the project doesn't seem to be active anymore.
