Export Roles stops at 1000 with an error

We have about 5500 roles. Seems odd that it would stop at 1000 exactly. Makes me think there is something undercover that is limiting it at 1000.

@aubjne Can you provide the logs?
Go to Help > Toggle Developer Tools.
This may not be related to the role endpoint.
Maybe in the last pack of 250 there is a reference to an unexisting identity or something.
