Open Muse when opening Spotify/iTunes

Could it be possible to make muse open automatically when you open spotify?

I would like to add to this that sometimes after you start playing on Spotify (via the app) the Muse button gets replaced by the Spotify button. And the quickest way to bring the Muse button back is to show the Muse app via the shortcuts and close it (hit the Cmd + Ctrl + s twice).

I'm wondering if it's possible to detect when either of the supported apps starts playing and just hit this key combo twice to show the Muse button again? Or perhaps if there's a nice way to handle this.
