[Music widget] do not auto-scroll playlist

When the widget playlist contains a list of internet radio stations, most people do not want the display to scroll automatically: they usually have a favorite station and they want this station to remain visible in the window so it can be activated without scanning the playlist.

There is no way to check if Kodi idle or not. I'm not sure how to solve your issue.

The screen saver knows how to check if Kodi is idle. And Xperience starts scrolling the playlist when Kodi is idle. This scrolling should be disabled (or create a toggle so the user can disable scrolling.)
