The README is very vague on details. Which emulator and console versions does this support?

Does it support OOT on 3DS?

For now there is only support for the Nintendo 64 version (emulators like BizHawk, Dolphin, Project64, and other formats that use SRAM saves and not memory dumps), I will try to add support for importing saves from the 3ds version.
