npm start crashes if we dont't run build before

The issue above happens if you run npm start without a npm run build.

A way to fix it is to edit the package.json this way so the routes are generated before:

"scripts": {    
    "start": "concurrently \"npm:watch-tsoa\" \"nodemon\"",
    "watch-tsoa": "nodemon -x tsoa spec-and-routes",
