We have sequenced the four cell lines of Chinese Quartet with a number of technologies. Human genomic DNA was extracted from the cultured cell line. The data includes 500x PacBio HiFi, 100x coverage of Oxford Nanopore, 100x PacBio CLR, 100x 10X Genomics, as well as BioNano. Most raw data is available for public.
