Extension Options Menu — Shortcut?

Would you consider adding a user-definable shortcut to open the Extension Options Menu list? This would be most helpful to (a) those with hand/wrist problems and (b) those who have trained themselves to work quickly using shortcuts instead of mousing around. :)
