Support for editing video versions (feature added in Kodi 21+)

Detailed Description

Kodi 21 added the new "video versions" feature. Currently the only way to use it is via the GUI. It would be great to have support added to the webif as well for those of us who do a lot of Kodi maintenance in the webif.

Context

It's not always easy or convenient to do everything (especially maintenance) with the Kodi GUI, specifically those of us who have multiple people in the house who use Kodi. Anything added to the webif that enhances the ability to maintain Kodi or improve quality-of-life it a welcomed improvement.
