Can't boot Pocketstation transfer tool iso?

Hi guys, I'm trying to load the above tool to try out some pocketstation homebrew but it just boots to a black screen. Is there something specific I need to do to make it work with the x-station? I have a PAL ps1 if that makes any difference.

sorry I missed this :p
I found the tool on a different site, as yours didn't work for me. The image seems to boot fine here, and I can't see any issues in my logs either.
Try getting it from the author here:

Absolutely no worries, I'm off to Blackpool for the weekend so there wasn't a rush <3
