这个需求解决了什么问题：

提供一个点击modal弹窗外部触发的事件(不是点击mask),在modal显示时,并且区分最小化,让使用者自定义点击mask关闭方法
场景:modal没有mask,导致mask-closable 失效,需要自己定义

建议的 API 是什么样的：

类似于clickOutside

是否已有其他不错的替代方案：
