问题描述与截图：

通过查看源码，发现 VxeUI.saveFile 来自于 Upload 组件，如果按需导入组件时未导入 Upload 组件，此时 VxeUI.saveFile 为 undefined。则导出功能也无法使用，且无任何错误提示。

期望的结果：

操作系统：

macOS 15.0

浏览器版本：

chrome 129

vue 版本：

3.5.12

vxe-pc-ui 版本：

4.2.23

vxe-table 版本：

4.7.86

是否使用当前最新版本？

我已确认是使用当前的最新版本并已按要求提供复现链接与示例代码。

文档都有说明的，全局文件操作需要 Upload 组件的
