How to get tag attributes ?

Hello,

Is there any way to get selected tag information in editor ?

for example i add a custom html like this:

const imageTag = url => `<a href="http://www.google.com"><img src="${url}" alt="image"  style="
  max-width: 100%;
  height: auto;
  display: block;
" /></a>`;

i wan't to get this href when i click to this img in the editor ? is there a way to do that ?
