Reads list of volatiles from competition
rosservice call /qual_2_services/volatile_locations
(after source install/setup.bash)
Stores the list (because the service can only be called once)
Sorts by distance (from current localization)
(subscribes to Odometry, nav_msgs::Odometry, see example in https://github.com/wvu-navLab/SRC2/blob/master/rover_localization/gazebo_truth_odom/src/ground_truth_node.cpp)
Outputs the nearest when done with the last
