Docker installation used for `fastapi-dls`/vGPU licensing interferes with SDN SNAT #20

The docker installation used for the vGPU licensing prevents the SDN SNAT functionality on my installation.

To fix this, add/create /etc/docker/daemon.json with this content:

{
    "iptables": false
}

And reboot the node.
