[UX] The docs version change is not working as expected

Description:
A good UX would be to allow user to change the version of the IS docs from the dropdown and view the information relevant for that specific version for whatever section the user was reading at the time.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit a specific section of IS docs such as https://is.docs.wso2.com/en/5.9.0/setup/changing-to-mysql/#!
2. Change the version from top right dropdown to say 6.1.0
3. The page is redirected to the root of the docs for that version, not the specific section
4. Obtained redirection is to "https://is.docs.wso2.com/en/latest/"
5. Expected redirection should be to "https://is.docs.wso2.com/en/latest/deploy/change-to-mysql/#!" or <version> instead of "latest"
