Steps to reproduce:
Access control policy won't work if you don't update "PDP Configurations" after step 10: To ensure that the policy has been published successfully, check if the policy is listed.

Add following instructions in order to make it work property:

1. Go to Entitlement > PDP > Extension
2. Click on Refresh under Policy Finder Extensions

If you changed other policy type, do it to specific policy as well.
