Create a contact us page and form

Either find and propose a plugin for this, or create a static page with a contact us form:

It should have:

• User's Tel number

• User's email

• Drop down to select a topic "what is your query about?" or similar

• message text area

• Submit button

• This ticket includes CSS styles

• Integration with Formspree if the form is made form scratch

👍 I see there is a form, but it needs some styling >> http://dev-together-in-the-uk.pantheonsite.io/contact/? More minimalistic and much narrower would be best and a button colour too from a theme colour like the red one, nice work!

@VAO11 Could we ask TGIUK to confirm formspree email please just need to make sure we are using they right email and the messages they are getting are looking OK

Email needs confirming from TGIUK I have sent a contact us form so formspree would have now sent them an email to request to confirm the email. Please can you arrange for Teresa to confirm this email address so we can start submitting the contact us forms for testing?
