Proposal
Add the variables given in this table https://github.com/wmo-im/wmds/blob/issue255/tables_en/1-01-additional-variables.csv (provisional file in tables_en) to the code list.

Resolution of this issue is pending a formal conclusion of the discussion on the expression of observedProperty and featureOfInterest, and the mapping to WIGOS code lists, and the business rules for parsing WMDR. Please refer to https://github.com/wmo-im/wmds/wiki/The-idea-and-concept-behind-WMDS and references therein.
