User story

As a wis2box-webapp user, I want to edit the "identifier" when I create a new dataset, but still keep the "identifier" of existing dataset “not editable”.

Instead of making the id editable, let's fix this by generating a new unique ID when the new dataset is initiatlized using random character generation
