Currently playing Movie Posters

Great work on the Home Assistant and Zidoo integration, and trying to integrate with my digital movie posters. Would it be possible to include the currently playing movie poster or even movie ID with the z9x_pro entity so I can use the Zidoo poster API to grab the poster? Thanks again!

The media_player has a entity_picture attribute when available which references an api call.

You can access the call directly, or use it as a refeence within some cards. The format is https://<ip_address>:<port>/api/media_player_proxy/media_player.<name>?token=xxxxxxxx.

For direct access you need to check the token from the attribute states or lookup how long-term tokens work.

I use the Mini Media Player Card, available through HACS or github. This media player is highly customizable, An example configuration to show a full screen image with minimal playing details is
